Art, nature, history & comfort
Unwind in the idyllic Dorset countryside, staying at a 17th century farmhouse with a modern, creative twist.
Welcome to Church Farm
Experience the luxuries of this historic house, with its focus on art, craft and design, while enjoying the beauty of Dorset's Purbeck peninsula, its renowned beaches and timeless, bucolic charm.
The farmhouse at Church Farm, which dates from approximately 1650, sleeps up to eight people in comfort across four bedrooms. Flagstone floors, inglenook fireplaces and rustic beams combine with modern conveniences like underfloor heating and a dedicated study for home-working.
Situated at the centre of the Isle of Purbeck, Church Farm is just three miles from the Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site and six miles from the sandy beaches of Studland. Iconic Corfe Castle is just a mile and a half away.
Explore, experience, enjoy
A house that feels like home
An evolving collection of art & design
At Church Farm, we love art, and our collection is ever changing. It combines works by internationally known artists with those of local creators, inspired by Dorset itself. Similarly, we’ve furnished the house with an eclectic but harmonious collection of pieces that takes in 20th century modernist icons, antiques from the period of the house itself and items created by local artisans.
