The house

Comfortable living

Church Farm offers enough living space for a family or group of friends to spread out. There are two characterful sitting rooms: one with original flagstones and a large inglenook fireplace from 1650; and next door, a larger, more comfortable room with sofas and a smart TV. Both have wood burning stoves and double aspect windows.

Down the hall is a spacious, open plan kitchen-diner under old oak beams with French doors out to the garden. The kitchen is well appointed with a large Aga including additional electric hob and ovens, and a utility room with a pantry, an American style fridge-freezer and laundry facilities. This newer area of the house benefits from underfloor heating beneath Purbeck stone tiles.

Room by room

Each room at Church Farm has been furnished to enhance its own, distinct character: from the inviting comfort of the living spaces; to the light-filled study, designed for home working; and the beamed bedrooms with sumptuous duck down pillows and duvets in pure linen covers.
